حتی لا تکون فتنة should be the priority ,(and strictly against those non Muslims who are torturing for Islam)...(قاتلو و قتلو) is mentioned and highly regarded so that the revolution had to happen,and the Muslims should not be fearing death,but this was not appreciated to "promote killing" of anyone for Islam or God.It could be defense,or in response but never for the love of blood.It is for the same reason that Law & Order zone, atomic energy zone and defense systems would also be interconnected with Rahmans Jihad zone.
-There were 80 military expeditions in the lifetime of Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w and ONLY 20 involved any actual fighting.Remember fighting is not the purpose but the prevalence of peace.Also it should be smart efficient and wisely chosen and planned.
-Only 1018 (259 Muslims and 759 Non Muslims) were the total number of killings in the whole period of 10 years.Be ready to fight,dont fear death but Remember that life, specially of a Muslim is precious like that of Kaaba.Go for robots and unmanned warfare.
No "innocent" human being should be injured or killed,no matter how important is the purpose.No killing of anyone from another sect or political or governmental party,no matter how unislamic or oppressing is that.
No or least possible bombings, surely the Islamic concept of no harm to trees, environment or innocent creatures,and no fire, strictly no fire (as prohibited strictly by Holy Prophet Muhammad s.a.w.w).Here better technological approach and latest innoventions with target specification (nanotechnology etc) could be helpful and more Islamic.
Heavy warcraft and vehicles like tanks etc should be discouraged,rather the ligher and faster technological advances should be encouraged.They should be readily available too.رباط الخیل ,not the camels or mules or elephants or anything else,( though mules and camels were used too.Tanks are fine but lighter,faster,cheaper and more efficient ones should be the priority with appropriate training too).

Better networks and systems for the care of injured
Centralized system or globalization of Jihadist movements, Registering all those who agree to the above mentioned points,and the importance of unity in here would be particularly regarding declaration (should be strictly through a central system,not the wishes of individual groups) and proper network regarding the facilitation/equipment of these groups as well as unified training programs (holograms,VR,AR etc).
